What are your delivery charges?
For Karachi, delivery charges are Rs. 250 per order. For all other cities in Pakistan, delivery charges are Rs. 350 per order. Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 2000 in Karachi and above Rs. 2500 for other cities.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery in Karachi usually takes 1–3 business days, while delivery outside Karachi typically takes 2–3 business days depending on location, courier service, and logistics conditions.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We only accept returns or refunds for damaged, leaked, or wrong items. Opened or used bottles are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
