Reporting Issues
Customers must report any issue related to damaged, leaked, or wrong items within 24–48 hours of receiving the order. To process a claim, customers are required to provide clear photos of the product and packaging as proof. Late complaints submitted after the given time period may not be considered eligible for review.
Refund and Exchange Approval
Once your request is received, our team will review the issue carefully. If the claim is verified and approved, we will offer either a replacement product or a refund depending on the situation and product availability. AM Juice reserves the right to determine whether an item will be replaced or refunded.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method or any other mutually agreed method, such as bank transfer or mobile wallet. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system delays.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Products that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. We also do not accept returns for issues reported after the allowed 24–48 hour window. Customers are advised to carefully check their order upon delivery before opening the product.
